Delete your Auralis account

You can delete your account and all data stored with it at any time.

In the app

Open Auralis and sign in.
Go to Profile → Account Info.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is removed from our server right away.

Without the app

Send an email to contact@auralismusic.app from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. It is done within 30 days, and you get a confirmation.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email, profile picture), your Premium record, usage counters, cloud backups, leaderboard entries, and your feedback posts and votes.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Google Play keeps its own record of purchases under Google's rules. Anonymous, aggregated statistics contain no personal data.
