Plain language. No legal tricks. Here's what using Auralis means.
By downloading, installing, or using Auralis, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
Auralis is a personal music app. It lets you:
• Play, organise and manage the music and videos already on your device • Create and manage playlists • Edit, convert, trim and enhance your own audio files, make ringtones and record voice memos • Listen to internet radio, podcasts and freely licensed music from the Internet Archive • Watch YouTube through YouTube's official embedded player (Auralis does not download from YouTube) • Sync your library across devices (Premium)
Auralis is a tool. It does not host, sell or distribute copyrighted music.
You are responsible for using Auralis lawfully. In particular:
• Only process files you own or have the right to use • Don't use Auralis to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights • Don't try to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Auralis servers • You must be at least 15 years old to create an Auralis account (younger people can use Auralis without an account)
An account is optional — you can use Auralis without one. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account.
Premium is a recurring subscription, billed weekly, monthly, or yearly — you choose. Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store.
You can cancel anytime in your store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium until then.
See the Refund Policy for refunds.
Radio stations, podcasts, Internet Archive recordings, YouTube videos and news articles belong to their owners and are provided by those services under their own terms. Auralis just helps you reach them and isn't responsible for their content or availability.
Tools that use the Auralis processing server need an internet connection, and we may occasionally pause them for maintenance. Everything that runs on your device — the player, your library and playlists — keeps working offline.
Auralis is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the app. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer under EU law.
Please keep your own backups of files you care about — especially before editing or converting them.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Auralis afterwards means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without taking away any protection the law of your own country gives you.
